200mm Easy-Runner Wheels: The grey non-marking thermoplastic rubber wheels (2 swivel, 2 fixed) allow the platform trolley to be used on even the lightest colour floors. Fitted with sealed precision deep groove ball bearings that offer 50% less initial resistance than normal castors. This makes it easy to start moving the trolley even with a heavy load.
Wheel Foot Guards: Prevent dust collection around the wheels.
EasySTOP Foot Brake: An easy to operate and reliable braking system arrests both swivel castors when the brake is pressed. Ensures safety in busy work environments.
Twin Ergonomic Handles: Curved push bar handles at both ends of the trolley allow for easy manoeuvring. Double end trolleys are also ideal when the turning circle is limited. The curved design of the handles keeps them clear of the load.
TÜV Certification: TÜV (the German technical inspection authority) stands for quality and safety. The TÜV mark can be awarded to trolleys with a payload of up to 500 kg and trucks with a capacity of 250kg.

This Variofit 500kg platform trolley is ideal for use in a range of commercial & industrial indoor environments such as workshops, warehouses, shops, schools, offices and more.
It features a heavy-duty L section steel frame to ensure maximum load-bearing capacity, and a wood-based board platform to carry the load.
The steel mesh panels help to keep the load in place, while allowing visibility of the load. The side panel can be removed when required, enabling the trolley to carry loads wider than the trolley itself.
The frame is preliminary treated, powder coated then stove-enamelled to optimise and enhance surface finish. This offers great impact and scratch resistance.
The ergonomically-designed curved handles at either end of the trolley ensure great mobility. Double ended platform trucks are also ideal when the turning circle is limited.
