200mm Easy-Runner Wheels: The grey non-marking non-conductive thermoplastic rubber wheels (2 swivel, 2 fixed) allow the platform trolley to be used on even the lightest colour floors. Fitted with sealed precision deep groove ball bearings that offer 50% less initial resistance than normal castors. This makes it easy to start moving the trolley even with a heavy load.

EasySTOP Foot Brake: An easy to operate and reliable braking system arrests both swivel castors when the brake is pressed. Ensures safety in busy work environments.
Ergonomic Handle: Curved push bar handle allows for easy manoeuvring and keeps the handle away from the load.

This Variofit 500kg ESD platform trolley is a high-quality electrostatic discharge trolley with non-conductive wheels. It is ideal for use when working around electricity.
It features a heavy-duty L section steel frame to ensure maximum load-bearing capacity, and a wood-based board platform to carry the load. The framework is preliminary treated, powder coated then stove-enamelled to optimise and enhance surface finish. This offers great impact and scratch resistance.
The platform is manufactured from an electrical conductive wood-based board with a coated finish in grey.
As this platform truck features no edges which rise above the sides of the platform, it is easy to load items on and off. This truck allows the transportation of goods larger than the platform itself.
The ergonomically-designed curved handle and 200mm diameter Easy-runner non-marking rubber wheels make the platform trolley very easy to manoeuvre. Sealed precision deep groove ball bearings offer 50% less initial resistance than normal castors. Therefore this trolley is much easier to move even with a heavy load. The wheels are also fitted with foot guards to prevent dust collection.
The Variofit 500kg ESD platform trolley is supplied with the EasySTOP central foot brake - a quick and easy to operate system. Simply press the foot pedal once to arrest both swivel castors and press again to release. This is an important feature in any high traffic environment where Health and Safety are an absolute priority.
