Mexco MEXCEL 115mm Metal Cut Diamond Blade
High quality vacuum-brazed metal cutting disc for superior cutting precision
Mexco MEXCEL metal cut diamond blades use a process of vacuum brazing to attach large pieces of diamond grit to the cutting edge of a steel centre.
This manufacturing process allows the diamond grit to be held constantly in contact with the material being cut, producing very fast and effective cutting.
The MEXCEL metal cutting diamond blade offers an alternative to carborundum abrasive wheels and in addition provides extra benefits; as this blade lasts over 40 times longer than a normal abrasive wheel - meaning less down time on the job.
