Ideal for filtering rainwater in tanks for roofs up to 800 sq m
The Enduramaxx Filter Kit C is a rainwater harvesting filter kit, designed for use with Enduramaxx water collection tanks.
It is designed for applications where the roof is up to a maximum of 800m2 (per kit).
This filter kit consists of a two stage rainwater filter unit, siphon overflow and calmed inlet. The two-step cleaning system is independent of flow rate, ensuring high filtering efficiency.
On entering the filter, water flows across the first cascade to remove largest debris particles. Pre-filtered water then flows over the secondary sieve filter (mesh size 0.65 mm) where the mesh structure diverts any remaining debris.
The clean filtered water is then delivered into the tank via a calmed inlet. The calmed inlet prevents incoming water from disturbing any sediment in the tank and ensures that fresh water is supplied to the lower area of the tank. This oxygenates the water, helping to keep it fresh by preventing anaerobic decomposition, and resulting in complete and regular replenishment of stored water.
Finally, the overflow siphon, which incorporates a skimming inlet, skims the upper surface water and removes any further debris, oils or other floating contaminants thereby increasing the quality of the stored water.
