Heavy-duty industrial rubber floor mats for electrostatically sensitive environments
Blue Diamond Cushion Link anti-fatigue rubber floor mats offer a convenient modular floor matting system. Any number of these mats, along with the other style of mats in the cushion link range, can be connected together quickly and easily to create the perfect size for your floor space.
These Cushion Link rubber floor mat tiles measure 92cm x 92cm and 19mm thick. They are manufactured from the highest quality resilient rubber compounds and have a static dissipative design, which meets IEC61340-4-1 standard, measured resistance Rg 106-109 Ω, Rp 106-109 Ω.
This means that the tiles are perfect for electrostatically sensitive environments such as cleanrooms and electronic equipment assembly lines.
These cushion link rubber floor mats are slip resistant, wear resistant, impact resistant and chemical resistant. The textured top surface provides fantastic anti-slip protection as well as great ergonomic comfort and safety in busy industrial areas.
They are ideal for heavy footfall areas and can withstand the use of trolleys and wheeled trucks.
Optional accessory available: Common Grounding Point Cord – Socket
Designed with a 10mm female stud at one end to connect to 10mm male stud on an earth plug and the other, a 4mm banana socket for connection to an operator coil cord. Length: 4.5m wire for connection to the earth plug.
Bevel Edges Available
A simple bevel edging system can be used to create any size or shape with these mats. The unique interlocking mechanism along with male and female edges and bevels, provide secure connectivity.
The bevel edges (available separately) highlight the edges to the mat, prevent the edges from becoming a trip hazard, and ensure the tiles are suitable for wheeled use.
Please note there are two types of bevels – female and male. Each tile has two female and two male sides. The bevels simply click into position to create the ramped edge.
